Admin accounts need approval before they can sign in; Super Admin accounts don't.

2FA codes are sent to this address — use one you can access now.
Admin requires password + email 2FA on every login. Super Admin signs in with password only — no 2FA step.
At least 12 characters.
⚠️ This calls the real POST /api/v1/admin/auth/register. A Super Admin account is active immediately. An Admin account is created as pending — the screen for an existing admin to approve one is not built yet, so a pending account currently has no way to become active except directly in the database.
